unsterilized water”.
Very many people are still drinking unsterilized tap water and
contaminated bottled water, jeopardizing their health, and
developing strange diseases, and making many trips to hospitals
and board-certified doctors. The tap water disaster incident
that occurred in Flint, Michigan, USA in 2014 is a typical
example of lead contamination that affected more than 100,000
residents.
This book describes about all kinds of drinking water available
for human consumption, their defects, and appropriate
"recommendations" in order to rectify those defects, and how to
drink clean and healthy water in order to protect your health in
the current day circumstances. This book Drinking Water Guide
teaches many drinking water strategies:
(i) I must be wise and cautious all the time and should not take
chances. I must not drink tap water, well water or bottled water
of any kind, and make my own distilled water by purchasing and
using a home distiller. Or, I must purchase RO water from a
nearby supermarket, and I must always drink only purified water.
(ii) I would add very little Himalayan pink salt, Celtic sea
salt or a few drops of ConcenTrace mineral drops to remineralize
the purified water before drinking.
(iii) I would add a tiny bit of baking soda or a few drops of
ConcenTrace mineral drops in order to improve the alkalinity and
the presence of minerals in the purified water.
(iv) I would use pH strips or digital pH meter, monitor my
drinking water pH, every now and then, and make sure that the
purified water I drink is either neutralized (pH=7) or slightly
alkalized (pH=7 to 7.5).
(v) I would use a TSD meter, and monitor the TDS level of my
drinking water, and make sure that TDS level is always below 200
ppm. I will also research and find out the ideal TDS level that
suits my body. I can do that by adjusting the tiny amount of
Himalayan pink salt.
I am very grateful that I learned all the above-mentioned
valuable information from this book “Drinking Water Guide”. What
an impressive book! I urge you to get this book without any

Case Study presented in this book “Reversing Obesity” is indeed
inspiring. The participant was a diabetic person who battled
with chronic diabetes, uncontrollable weight gain, obstructive
sleep apnea and chronic insomnia. When this participant started
consuming whole foods by counting and controlling food calories
precisely, stopped consuming processed foods and refined foods,
consumed limited apple cider vinegar two or three time a day,
exercised every day, and drank 8 to 16 cups of purified water
per day, his belly fat started melting away day-by-day right in
front of his eyes. The astonishing end-result was that he has
fully reversed his obesity, obstructive sleep apnea and chronic
insomnia.
The recipe of the Egg-White
Omelet with whole foods presented in this book along with
nutritional information caught my attention as it could be a
“noteworthy information for all overweight and obese people” to
achieve successful weight loss results. The book presents all
ingredients of the Egg-White Omelet with their calories
precisely calculated, making it a scientific weight loss method.
“Egg-white omelet with 2 extra large organic eggs, organic

This book inspired me to lose weight, and I did lose weight.
After reading this book, I was inspired to become creative with
my own ideas. I started counting food calories of everything I
eat. This book is a GEM in teaching “how to count food
calories.” I intentionally included items of zero fat content in
my diet, which means I stopped consuming fat, but started
consuming carbs and protein only. When I did that, within a few
weeks, dramatic transformation took place, my body ate my own
fat, and I lost weight. As a result, I reversed my obesity.
After losing all the excess fat, I slowly introduced fat into my
diet plan, and much to your surprise, I did not regain weight.
My weight is now perfectly normal. In other words, this book
inspired me to reverse my obesity.

Normal SpO2 (Percentage Saturation of Oxygen in the Blood) at
sea level is between 96% and 99%. Sleep apnea develops when a
person’s SpO2 level falls below this normal range while
sleeping. For a sleep apnea patient, the blood oxygen level
falls below normal due to the blockage in airway located in the
throat. Whenever the SpO2 level goes down significantly during
the sleep, the brain wakes the patient up so that he/she can
breathe in oxygen in order make up the falling oxygen level. The
occurrence of this kind of activity too many times during the
night causes chronic insomnia because the brain keeps waking the
patient up way too many times. Which obviously means the sleep
apnea and chronic insomnia are interconnected. Most sleep apnea
patients also suffer from chronic insomnia.
The CPAP therapy keeps the SpO2 level perfectly normal during
the sleep as long as there are no leaks in the face mask. By
means of CPAP therapy, a patient can control both sleep apnea
and chronic insomnia. I have read several books on sleep apnea,
but nobody explained the meaning of the CPAP and CPAP Therapy as
good as this author.
CPAP means “Continuous Positive
Airway Pressure,” which further means that the CPAP machine
helps maintain continuous, positive, very low and comfortable
pressure in the airway of your throat, and keeps the airway open
all the time whenever you sleep with it.
As long as you wear the CPAP machine during the night while
sleeping, the CPAP machine kills most apneas and hypopneas, and
keeps your AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index) perfectly normal. As the
airway remains always open, sufficient amount of air passes into
the lungs freely, and maintains normal blood oxygen levels (SpO2
= 96% to 99%) all the time during sleep. You wake up in the
morning fully satisfied with your sleep and completely
refreshed. You would not experience the symptoms of obstructive
sleep apnea, such as tiredness with low energy, when you wake up
in the morning. As you sleep all the night with perfectly normal
SpO2 levels, your overall health improves. If you take
appropriate steps to lose weight, your obstructive sleep apnea
will be progressively healed and even reversed.
